What your warranty does and doesn’t cover
Warranty coverage applies to eligible products in line with the relevant manufacturer’s terms. It does not automatically cover every fault, service requirement or issue that develops after installation.
What may be covered by warranty
Your product warranty is designed to cover eligible faults with the equipment itself during the applicable warranty period. Exact coverage depends on the manufacturer and the terms applying to your system.
- Eligible faults or defects with covered equipment during the manufacturer’s warranty period
- Parts or components specifically included under the relevant manufacturer’s warranty terms
- Warranty assessment and support for eligible Daikin and Seeley systems supplied by Trimech
- Applicable product warranty support for other brands supplied and installed through Trimech
What may not be covered
A product warranty is not the same as ongoing maintenance or an additional Trimech workmanship warranty. Coverage remains subject to the conditions and exclusions set by the relevant manufacturer.
- Routine servicing, maintenance and general system upkeep are not automatically warranty claims
- Issues outside the manufacturer’s stated warranty conditions may not qualify for product coverage
- Trimech does not provide an additional workmanship warranty beyond the applicable product warranty
- Coverage and eligibility can differ by product, manufacturer and the circumstances behind the fault
