Ducted System Service Completed in Bowral
Service of a Brivis gas ducted heater with add-on cooling system and a Daikin ducted system in the guest flat was completed at a property in Bowral. The systems were inspected and cleaned, controls and airflow were checked, and the heater and cooling operation were verified.
Wiring Tidied in Young
A Young evaporative cooling service call was completed after the customer requested inspection of the pump wiring and reported a fan with a missing blade. The technician accessed the roof, inspected the wiring, tidied the installation, and tested the unit.
System Replaced in Goulburn
A Lennox air-conditioner in Goulburn was reported with an E1 error code and assessed on site. The unit was found with a communication fault between the indoor and outdoor units, and the system was replaced and commissioned.
Fridge Controller Replaced in Goulburn
An under-bench fridge at Subway in Goulburn was reported as a breakdown with the compressor continually running. The controller was assessed, a faulty Carel unit was suspected, and a new controller was installed and tested.
Multiple Units Restored in Goulburn
Multiple units were reported as not operational at a Goulburn site, including a front cab unit and an amenities unit. Assessment identified gas leaks on suction and discharge flares, with fan and board replacement work recorded for the outdoor unit. The job record also notes compressor testing, unit removal for replacement work, and reinstatement of components on site.
Cool Room Issue Addressed in Bowral
Cool room freezing and failing to reach setpoint reported at a Bowral site. Inspection identified defrost cycle, compressor relay, controller, and door seal faults, and the unit was left operational at the customer's request.
Ducted Gas Breakdown Resolved in Young
A ducted gas system fault in Young presented with Fault 10, over-temperature, and Fault 16, supply air thermistor fault. The Braemar heating system was inspected, the return air filter cleaned, and the fan motor capacitor replaced before operational testing was carried out.
Airflow Improved in Bowral
A Bowral ducted gas heating system was reported as underperforming, with minimal airflow and reduced heating performance. The heater was serviced, airflow was tested, and a gas leak was identified and isolated for safety.
Braemar System Replaced in Young
A Braemar split system in Young was reported with a refrigerant leak and fault code F0. The unit was assessed on site, pressure tested, found to have a compressor-side leak, and replaced under the quoted scope.
