Frequently asked questions

Thinking about getting a Braemar AC for your home? Here are answers to common questions about its heating and cooling range, system options and ongoing care.

Can Braemar ducted heating be zoned?

Yes. Braemar’s Ecostar ducted gas heating range is zoning-capable, allowing compatible systems to direct heating to selected areas of the home rather than treating every space the same way.

Can cooling be added to Braemar’s gas heating?

Some Braemar ducted gas heater models are designed to work with Braemar add-on cooling. Trimech can assess your existing setup and help determine whether this option is suitable for your system and home.

What heating and cooling does Braemar offer?

Braemar’s range includes ducted gas heating, evaporative cooling, ducted reverse-cycle, hybrid heating, add-on cooling, wall furnaces, and single- and multi-split systems. The right option depends on your home and how you want to heat or cool it.

Can you replace my existing Braemar unit?

Yes. If your current system is reaching the end of its useful life, Trimech can assess the setup and discuss suitable replacement heating or cooling options for your home.

Can you service Braemar systems that weren’t installed?

Yes. You don’t need to have had your Braemar system installed by Trimech to contact us about servicing or repairs. Our team can assess the system and advise on what it needs.
