Carmen joined Trimech in 2019 and works across the wider business, with a focus on business systems, performance, reporting and the processes that support Trimech’s continued growth.

Her role includes improving systems and processes, analysing KPIs and key business metrics, and finding practical ways to give teams better information and more efficient ways of working.
