Chris brings more than 30 years of experience across refrigeration, air conditioning and electrical work. Since purchasing the Young business that became Trimech in 2004, he has led its growth into a multi-location HVAC and refrigeration group.

Chris believes strong businesses are built by bringing the right people together and giving them the direction, systems and support they need to succeed. Today, his focus is on Trimech’s long-term strategy, developing leaders, identifying growth opportunities and creating an organisation that can continue to grow beyond its founder.

From apprentice to Managing Director
Chris began his apprenticeship in 1995 and built experience across refrigeration, air conditioning and electrical work in regional NSW, Perth and London.
In 2004, he returned to Young and purchased the business where he had completed his electrical apprenticeship. That business would go on to become Trimech.
Building Trimech since 2004
Since purchasing the business, Chris has led its development from a small regional operation into a multi-location HVAC and refrigeration group employing more than 50 people.
Developing the next generation
Chris has helped establish structured employee development, leadership pathways and the Trimech Training Academy to support the growth of people across the business.
Backed by industry standards
The standards Chris promotes across Trimech are reinforced by industry credentials, ARC licensing and authorised dealer relationships with Daikin and Seeley.

Chris brings dual trade qualifications and more than three decades of hands-on industry experience to his role leading Trimech.
